Galleri Cancer Screening
The Galleri test is a multicancer early detection blood test used to identify more than 50 cancer types in asymptomatic adults.

NEGATIVE PREDICTIVE VALUE IS 98.5%
This means that if Galleri test has a result of "No Cancer Signal Detected", there is a 98.5% chance that this result is likeley a true negative.

SPECIFICITY VALUE IS 99.5%
This means that in approximately 200 people tested, only 1 person would be expected to receive a false positive result.

DECREASE VISCERAL FAT

IMPROVE METABOLIC HEALTH

INCREASE LEAN MUSCLE MASS

IMPROVE ENERGY LEVELS

ONLY 5 CANCERS HAVE A RECOMMENDED SCREENING TEST
Adding Galleri to your cancer screening can increase your chance of finding a signal associated with cancer early.
The Galleri test can detect a signal shared by over 50 types of cancer with 99.5% specificity and predict the cancer signal origin with high accuracy to help guide next steps.
Galleri does not replace other screening tests that your healthcare provider recommends.

His weight dropped by 22 pounds, his visceral fat levels (unhealthy organ fat) decreased from 109 to 75, reflecting significant improvements in his health markers.
Am I a good candidate for galleri?
Age is the biggest risk factor for cancer. People 50 and older are 13x more likely to develop cancer than those under 50 y/o. Galleri is recommended for use in adults with an elevated risk of cancer. Prevention and early detection is crucial.

How does the Galleri test work?
The Galleri test screens your blood sample for cell-free DNA and identifies whether it comes from healthy or cancer cells. Galleri leverages DNA sequencing and pattern-recognition technology to screen for the presence of a cancer signal and predict its most likely origin.
All cells, non-cancer and cancer, release DNA fragments, known as cell-free DNA (cfDNA), into the blood. Certain cfDNA methylation patterns are associated with cancer and can be considered a cancer signal. DNA methylation is a process used by cells to regulate gene expression. In cfDNA from cancer, certain regions of DNA are often hypermethylated or hypomethylated and are associated with specific patterns. These abnormal methylation patterns and the resulting change in gene expression can contribute to cancer initiation and progression.
